FAQ about investigations
The following questions are commonly asked and things you should know. If you live out side Illinois and are looking for an investigating or research team be sure to ask them. You may also contact us and we can help you find a team that will be the best for you.

Q. “What is the charge for an investigation?”
A. IRIS Paranormal does not charge or ask for any money. We are a non for profit organization with volunteers here to help you.
Q. “How do you prove a house is haunted?”
A. We do do not go into an investigation hoping to prove a house is “haunted”. We take an objective
stand and attempt to find another explanation for things you describe anything. We are looking to provide you with true answers not stories. For this we will use equipment such as video cameras, Electromagnetic Field meteors, infrared thermometers and other scientific equipment to collect evidence, all of which we will gladly explain during an investigation or on request.
Q. “Will my information or evidence be posted on the Internet?”
A. NO your information will not be public (unless you request it specificity). We do ask to be able to use video and other evidence we collect on our web site but ONLY with your permission. We respect you privacy.
Q. “Can you remove the ghost from my house”
A. In most cases ghost, contrary to popular belief, can not and do not want to hurt anyone and does not need to be “removed” . Wile IRIS Paranormal does not normally “remove” the entity we can contact someone with experience to assist.
Q. “What happens after an investigation is over?”
A. After the investigation is complete we will review everything we collect and contact you to set a meeting to review findings. You may also receive copies of anything we collect about your case. Whether or not we find anything the case is not closed till you questions are answered. You may away's contact us we are happy to help you.
Q. “Do you only investigate houses?”
A. IRIS Paranormal is willing to investigate any property you own. We do not investigate any property with out permission from the owner or person(s) on the lease. We respect you privacy please respect the privacy others.
